SayeBrook Town Center

Myrtle Beach shoppers will be given even more choices come July 2012, when SayeBrook Town Center opens up the new 135,000 square foot Target store. Located at the corner of Bypass 17 and Hwy. 544, anchoring the SayeBrook Town Center, the new Target store will carry all the typical items plus a produce section, a bakery, and packaged meats. Target shoppers will enjoy the Starbucks Coffee Shop and a Pizza Hut. There will also be an in-store pharmacy. The 40 acre SayeBrook Town Center will be home to a new business and medical offices, retail stores, restaurants, and also for civic uses. Already opened up, at the entrance to the town center, is SayeBrook Village which is home to Atlanta Bread Co., TCBY, and several medical offices. What was once known to locals as a "back road", Highway 544 has blossomed into a major thoroughfare the last 10 or so years with numerous large shopping centers, strip malls and housing developments. Highway 544 runs east and west between Highway 501 and Highway 17 Business. For more complete info on SayeBrook Town Center, click here.
